While BC healthcare workers in acute care, long-term care, hospital volunteers, and community care settings are already required to be vaccinated against COVID-19, the province has extended the mandate to encompass all healthcare workers — and they have until March 24, 2022 to do so.

This includes family doctors, dentists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and all other regulated health professionals working in private practices.
