Canada’s Environment department sent a plane full of bureaucrats — and perhaps one former minister — to the Glasgow COP26 conference on climate change.

Blacklock’s Reporter says Canada had a whopping 277-member delegation in Glasgow, 17 press aides and former Environment Minister Catherine McKenna as a VIP.
