Canadian police officers can now rustle up a new way to tackle villains, one that will leave bad guys trussed like a calf at the Calgary Stampede..US manufacturers of the BolaWrap Remote Restraint Device say it ‘s been approved for use by law enforcement in Canada..The weapon shoots out a rope that wraps itself around the feet or chest of fleeing suspects, tripping them over and allowing officers to make a safer takedown..“The North American public is looking to police to clean up their use of force.
