Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre released an eleven-minute documentary on Tuesday morning examining a long list of the Liberals’ hypocrisy and lack of competency.
“WACKOS: The weird, wild, woke and wonderful world of the people running our country,” wrote Poilievre on social media when he introduced the movie’s release.
The movie opens with a study on the word “wacko,” which the narrator reads from the Webster dictionary means “psycho.”
“Is the Liberal government of Canada really comprised of wackos?” asked the narrator before launching into a damning analysis of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his Liberal party members.
The film says Trudeau invented a new economic doctrine — “wack-onomics” — where no math is allowed and numbers have no meaning, and he has no sense of reality.
It further points out Trudeau’s 2013 remarks that he “admires China” for their “basic dictatorship” and pushes World Economic Forum agendas from net zero goals to funding a cricket factory in Ontario.
The movie goes on to roast former Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, Health Minister Mark Holland, Environment Minister Steven Guilbeault, former Minister of Seniors Seamus O'Regan, Justice Minister Arif Virani and others, and pulls up now infamous clips of the party members to remind Canadians of the “abundance of wacko” over the last nine years.
Trudeau on Monday released a Liberal party video starring himself, likely indicating he has every intention to stay on as Liberal party leader, despite mounting pressure for him to resign.
Poilievre the day before releasing the Conservative party Wacko movie, condemned the Atlantic Liberal caucus for their letter to the prime minister calling for his resignation.
"I’m no defender of Trudeau but this letter is a weasel move," wrote Poilievre, stating the Atlantic caucus is "just as responsible as [Trudeau] is for breaking the country."
"All the Liberal MPs and leadership contenders helped Trudeau double the debt, double housing costs, double gun crime and double food bank use."
"Now, they want to hide Trudeau under the rug right before the election, to trick Canadians into letting them keep power and continue doing the same things they’ve done for 9 years."
