The new leader of the Saskatchewan NDP Carla Beck launched her Building to Win tour today in front of the Saskatchewan Legislature with the NDP caucus by her side..The goal of the Building to Win tour is to form the government in the 2024 provincial election and become the first female premier of Saskatchewan..“We’re meeting people where they’re at, listening and building connections that will transform our great province for the better,” said Beck. .“The 2024 election is years away, but our economy, health system, and schools need fixing now. That work starts today.”.Over the next few weeks, the tour will take Beck and the NDP caucus across the province to dozen of communities..The goal is to connect with Saskatchewan residents at events, job sites, and knocking on doors..Beck plans to highlight what the NDP historically has built across the province and what the NDP plans to accomplish in the future..“New Democrats built the hospitals, paved the roads, and turned on the lights across Saskatchewan that we still rely on today.
