After the first federal election leaders debate on Wednesday night, Rosemary Barton, a chief correspondent of the Carney Broadcasting Company (CBC) said the largest hurdle for Conservative Party leader, Pierre Poilievre is “he’s not campaigning against someone named Justin Trudeau,” meaning Mark Carney is different than the former prime minister, well, at least until he’s the same as Trudeau.

Many of the same clowns who performed in the Trudeau circus during it’s almost decade-long reign of error would return to government positions if the Liberals form the next government.

They include former environment minister and carbon tax slug, Steven Guilbeault, as Quebec lieutenant and a new portfolio that includes biodiversity and Canadian Heritage. Also returning would be Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly, Jonathan Wilkinson at Natural Resources, Dominic LeBlanc as a new international trade minister and Chrystia Freeland would become transport minister.

So, Rosemary, that big elephant in a room run by Carney would be named No Change

Carney got lucky when US President Donald Trump started his tariff war with Canada. It enabled him to completely ignore and, not have to answer for, Trudeau’s time in office.

Most recently, Carney ‘paused’ his campaign to attend to the Trump threat to Canadian sovereignty by doing... well no one knows what he was doing, other than hiding from his time in the Trudeau tent.

Carney's fingerprints are all over everything Trudeau did and came to believe.

Under Trudeau, Canada’s economy sunk to new lows, with the lowest GDP growth recorded by the top economies in the world.

By allowing a record number of new immigrants into Canada, Trudeau engineered a housing crisis.

He revived the War Measures [Emergencies] Act because loyal Canadians told him they had enough of his heavy-handed mandates during the pandemic. He froze their bank accounts and put others in jail.

Trudeau shut down major pipelines, then introduced legislation that makes new pipelines virtually impossible to be built.

Drug use and related deaths soared under Trudeau.

Canada’s military became a shadow of its former self, because of woke folk and peddlers of DEI.

There’s more, from embarrassing scandals to embarrassing Canadians on the national stage.

Regardless, Rosemary, if you think a Carney government would bring change, think again. Carney is just a different way to say Trudeau.

What also wouldn’t change with a Liberal government is you would still be working for the Carney Broadcasting Company.
