Alex Soros accepted the Presidential Medal of Freedom on behalf of his father George Soros from President Joe Biden.

Soros is a controversial figure who promoted far-left ideologies, including backing progressive and far-left political candidates at all levels of government, as well as district attorneys.

George Soros was born into a Jewish family in Hungary during World War II and the Nazi occupation.
