A number of anti-Israel posts were shared by Ford Motor Company's official X account on Monday in what appeared to be a hacking incident.

The posts were deleted a short time later.

The first post, which simply stated "Free Palestine," was followed by a second that accused Israel of being a "terrorist state." A third post called for "ALL EYES ON GAZA."

"Our X account was briefly compromised and three posts were made that were not authorized or posted by Ford," the automaker wrote in a statement on the platform. "They do not represent the views of Ford Motor Company. Ford and X are investigating this breach."
