A school bus carrying “numerous students” rolled over after a highway collision near Didsbury, about 75 kilometres north of Calgary Monday morning. CTV reported EMS confirmed the six people suffered non-life-threatening injuries. Three of the kids are receiving medical care in Didsbury, while two others and an adult were taken to hospitals in Calgary.RCMP said nine students, two teachers and the driver on the bus at the time of collision.Road conditions wre believed to be a factor.It happened at 10:21 a.m. on Hwy. 2A at TR. 320. Didbury RCMP issued a media release more than an hour later, stating law officials “came across” the accident. “A Didsbury RCMP officer came across a school bus rollover,” the statement said, adding the location details. The bus contained numerous students.” “The extent of injuries is unknown at this time.” The highway is closed between TRs. 320 and 314 for an investigation. RCMP advise the public to “please take an alternate route” as “traffic cannot get through the area.”More information to come as details become available.
