A Calgary man has been charged after allegedly possessing and sharing intimate images without consent while employed at a local rehabilitation care facility.
Police launched an investigation in January 2025 after a staff member reported that the suspect was believed to have intimate photos of a facility client on his personal cellphone.
Authorities later discovered that the suspect was also in possession of an intimate video featuring himself and an adult woman, which he allegedly shared without her consent.
The woman was not a client of the facility.
Last Monday, police executed a search warrant in the 8500 block of 8A Ave. S.W., leading to the arrest of 27-year-old Kyle Lozano.
Lozano has been charged with one count of voyeurism and two counts of distributing intimate images without consent.
Lozano no longer works at the care facility and is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
