Calgary police are asking for people to help them find high-risk offender Cyril Douglas Apetagon, who failed to attend a check-in meeting and has been untraceable, according to a Thursday tweet. .Calgary police said Apetagon has warrants for breaching court orders. .Apetagon is described as 39 years old, 5’10” tall, and 175 lbs with a medium build.
