Court defeat prompts Ontario doctor to declare Canada is under 'criminal management'

Former emergency room physician Mark Trozzi is blasting courts, politicians, and the medical establishment after the Ontario Court of Appeal upheld the permanent suspension of his medical licence by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).

Trozzi was an ER physician with over 30 years of medical practice from Bancroft, Ontario, and was in charge of preparing his hospital for the coming pandemic. During the fall of 2020, when hospitals were apparently overwhelmed with patients, he found his ER was empty. He phoned colleagues elsewhere, and said he found a similar thing.

The doctor went on sabbatical to study COVID-19 science in-depth. At the time he was also teaching at several medical schools. He started DrTrozzi.org (now drtrozzi.news) to share his findings about COVID-19, and it became a daily newsletter for people around the world. A research scientist from Toronto reported him to the CPSO and he lost his licence.

“The College of Physicians and Surgeons, [weren’t just] stripping myself, but many doctors of their licences, suspending them, persecuting them for doing the correct things, medically for following the Hippocratic Oath through the COVID operation,” Trozzi told former MP Derek Sloan in an interview posted to Rumble.

Trozzi described his summer 2023 tribunal hearing as a "mockery of the people.” Key defense witnesses were not allowed to testify. In the fall of 2023, the discipline tribunal ruled against Trozzi, saying his “misconduct was serious and multi-faceted” and that he showed “incompetence” when he offered COVID vaccine exemptions.

“We found that, during a public health emergency, he promoted non-scientific and baseless conspiracy theories about COVID-19, cast doubt on the motives of public health officials around preventative measures and discouraged adherence to public health interventions. We found that the consequences of the spread of misinformation about COVID-19 are real and significant and that the impact of misinformation is magnified when it comes from a physician. We also found that the registrant’s spread of misinformation about the death of certain physicians resulted in direct harm to their grieving family members.”

Trozzi filed in Ontario courts to overturn the CPSO's disciplinary action against him, despite being advised by colleagues like Dr. Tess Laurie it was a wasted effort.

"I think giving up and making that conclusion that the courts are totally corrupt, then actually that makes them non existent," Trozzi said. “I said, ‘No, we're going to test this thing for a pulse. We're going to make sure that either the court system is viable or it's dead.’ In my opinion, it's dead.”

The Justice Fred Myers of the Ontario Superior Court sided with the CPSO in a decision released November 1, 2024.

“Most of Dr. Trozzi’s complaints deal with the manner by which the tribunal assessed the evidence before it. Much of the factum in particular is simply re-argument of the case before the tribunal,” Myers ruled.

“On an appeal, the court cannot re-weigh the evidence that was before the tribunal. Absent an error of law or any palpable and overriding error of fact or mixed fact and law, this ground of appeal is dismissed,” he added.

Trozzi also recently lost at the Ontario Court of Appeal. In his interview with Sloan, Trozzi lambasted the courts.

"The court's supposed to help us figure out things. But when the court tells us two plus two is 15, that doesn't mean two plus two is 15. That means the court is no longer legitimate. It's a joke."

Trozzi accused the CPSO of "coercing" doctors across the province to promote and administer the COVID-19 vaccines, despite his belief that they are unsafe and ineffective. He claimed that the COVID-19 vaccines are not actually vaccines, but rather a "dangerous genetic experiment" that resulted in 600,000 Canadian deaths.

"Whether you're a minister of health or whether you're the head of the college of physician and surgeons, this is at minimum, medical negligence…It goes worse than that because it becomes malfeasance, abuse of office."

Health Canada says as of December 3, 2023, 105,015,456 vaccine doses had been administered. There were 58,712 individual adverse event reports, of which  11,702 were considered serious.

But Trozzi insists Canada is “under criminal management. They just committed and coerced a fraudulent mass homicide through injection." He called on viewers to support politicians trying to "take back this land" and "put the people back in control.” For such efforts, he said Sloan “scored 100%.”

According to Sloan, Trozzi must pay the CPSO $120,000 in court and hearing costs, which Trozzi described as "funding criminals." Those who want to donate to Trozzi through Sloan can do so by etransfer to fundingthefight@proton.me, using the password “Freedom”, with “Dr. Trozzi” in the memo line.
