Edmonton police have released a composite sketch of a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman last month in the Blatchford neighbourhood and are asking the public for help in identifying him.The assault occurred around 1:30 a.m. on July 2, when a woman was trying to get an Uber near 113 St. and Jasper Ave.An unknown man, who was not a rideshare driver, offered her a free ride home. Police say the woman accepted, but instead of taking her home, the man drove her to a residential construction site in Blatchford where he sexually assaulted her before fleeing..The man claimed his name was “Pharoah” and said he was from Egypt. He is described as about 29 years old, with short black hair, well-groomed facial hair, a muscular build, and an “Arabic” accent. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a button-up long-sleeved dress shirt and dress pants, and was driving a black Audi, believed to be an A4 model.Police are releasing the sketch in the hope that someone recognizes the suspect and will come forward.
