The disappearance of 30-year-old Chantelle Moore, last seen in Langley, is now being investigated as suspicious, and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) has taken over the case.

Chantelle was reported missing by her family to Surrey RCMP on November 18, after they hadn’t heard from her for an extended period.

Investigators determined she was last seen in late October at a hotel in Langley.

“Recent information has led us to believe Chantelle’s disappearance is suspicious,” said Sgt. Freda Fong of IHIT.

“A lot of questions remain unanswered. Chantelle’s family and loved ones deserve to know what happened to her, and we will continue to work with Langley RCMP to advance this case.”

Chantelle is described as having pink hair, a nose ring, and was last seen wearing a black toque.

Anyone with information is urged to contact the IHIT Information Line at 1-877-551-IHIT (4448) or email ihitinfo@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.
