A Saskatchewan RCMP Dangerous Persons with Firearms alert and the Stay in Place order for La Ronge/Air Ronge has been cancelled..Police have arrested multiple individuals with no injuries reported, according to a Sask RCMP press release. .The alert was issued after two men with handguns fired on officers at 12:40 p.m. on Sunday..Around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday after the arrests, the alert was lifted..The person in the photo released with the emergency alert has not been found..The RCMP continues to search for the man in the photo and his identity remains unknown..The wanted man has short dark hair and was wearing a dark shirt with a gold pattern and dark pants with dark running shoes..He was last seen around the Far Reserve Road in Air Ronge and heading towards Hwy. 2..“The public should remain vigilant,” said the RCMP release..“If anyone sees an individual matching the description of the suspect (in the photo), they are asked to contact their local police service or RCMP immediately. In an emergency, the public should call 911.
