It appears a crew from the Weather Channel has inadvertently shown a dead body in the rubble of a home while covering the ongoing LA wildfires.

As of Friday afternoon, at least 10 people were confirmed dead in the fires. Reports from the Los Angeles Times say many residents in fire-threatened areas like Wrightwood and Lytle Creek have refused to evacuate.

There are general discussions online about the reasons people may refuse evacuation orders — which might not be the case in the video — including personal experiences with previous fires, concerns about pets, or disbelief in the severity of the threat, say analysts.

People with disabilities may also find it difficult to evacuate.
