Two men are dead and a woman is critically injured after a hit and run on Siksika Nation Saturday night.Gleichen RCMP responded to a report of a collision at 54 Map 3 Subdivision at around 9:30 p.m. When officers arrived, they found five people had been struck by a vehicle while walking. Two of the victims — a 27-year-old man and a 45-year-old man, both from Siksika Nation — were pronounced dead at the scene. A 45-year-old woman, also from the community, remains in critical condition. Two others were not injured.RCMP say the vehicle fled the scene and the Major Crimes Unit has now taken over the investigation.Police are asking anyone with video or surveillance footage from the area between 8 and 10 p.m. to come forward. Anyone with information is urged to contact Gleichen RCMP or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers or the P3 Tips app.
