This was probably not on anyone's 2025 bingo card — Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau were caught canoodling — or maybe not so much.According to TMZ, Danny Smiles, co-owner and co-executive chef at Montreal's Le Violon, said the pair were out dining as good friends — no PDA involved. However, Trudeau in true gentlemanly fashion did pick up the tab at the end of the evening, after some lobster, gnocchi and beef tartare, but no dessert. The pair are both single though: Katy Perry, with her recent split from Orlando Bloom with whom she has one child and Trudeau from his 18-year relationship with his ex-wife Sophie. .Smiles said the couple was all smiles, wrapping up their meal after a few hours and thanking the staff. Perry is currently touring in Canada and has a show Tuesday night in Ottawa and one in Montreal Wednesday.The pair was also seen enjoying each other's company at Montreal's Mount Royal Park on Monday.If that wasn't enough — on the same night out in Montreal, Trudeau and Perry grabbed late-night drinks out on a terrace, as it looked like Trudeau was getting a bit more comfortable.
