Mossing was released from custody following his bail hearing pending his next court date December 13. .Mossing and three other men became involved in an altercation in the upper level of the Marlborough LRT Station. Mossing returned to the upper level several minutes later with a flare gun and allegedly fired it twice, leading to another suspect’s jacket catching on fire. .He fled the area on a departing LRT and was arrested without incident by police at the Franklin LRT Station. .Deedza and the other two suspects fled Marlborough Station prior to police arriving. .The first remaining suspect is described as 20 to 30 years old, 6 ft. tall, with a slim build and brown or black hair. He was wearing a green camo jacket with fur around the hood, a white hoodie, green reflective vest, dark pants, and black shoes..The second remaining suspect is described as 20 to 30 years old, 5 ft. 8 in. tall, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes.
