Police body cam video has been released of the arrest of the driver who killed Johnny Gaudreau with him asking "what happened."Driver Sean Higgins is seen puffing on a cigarette telling police he was "freaked out" as he fails a sobriety test and is arrested.He claimed he had been drinking but had his last beer two hours ago.Higgins is heard asking, "Is everybody okay back there? I mean, what happened?" A trooper responds, "We’ll talk about that when we get to the station.".Gaudreau and his brother, Matthew, were cycling on a road in rural South Jersey, on August 29 when they were hit by Higgins who was trying to pass vehicles on the shoulder.He faces two counts of death by auto, reckless driving, possession of an open container, and consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle.
