Because she wasn’t from the convoy, the case is now not important enough to prosecute. Suddenly it’s no longer an outrage. Do you smell politics again at the Ottawa police headquarters who admitted the woman “was not from Western Canada and had nothing to do with the convoy?”.“The woman is from Québec,” said Carole Macpherson, a flak for the police service. “There was no admitted association to the Freedom Convoy truckers.”.The woman won’t be charged even though her actions prompted so much outrage among Ottawa politicians and Liberal lapdog media when it was assumed it was some truculent convoy protester..Oh, but she wasn’t from the convoy. The moron carrying the swastika was an obvious plant and had nothing to do with the convoy. Where were the white supremacists? Trudeau couldn’t have found any even if he had bothered to meet with the truckers, but he could have discovered a bad blackface performer if he had looked in the mirror..The OPP called the convoy a national security threat and suggested they were harbouring firearms. There was never one found on scene..What about the protest impacting local businesses? Perhaps two years of rolling lockdowns had more of an effect than trucks parked on Wellington St. did..So is the Trudeau government going to register any shock or indignation at the level of disinformation going on here?.No, it won’t because only disinformation it recognizes information it disagrees with coming from conservative sources..On Thursday U.S. President Joe Biden leapfrogged our own Trudeau in abrogating and attacking free speech by establishing something called the “Disinformation Governance Board.” It is being headed by Nina Jankowicza, a 33-year-old self-proclaimed expert on disinformation who has shown little aptitude to function in the real world, but could decide what Americans are allowed to see on social media..No doubt Biden’s decision to create a Ministry of Truth will inspire Trudeau to further unpack his own Orwellian ambitions.
