Copps responded to a January 18 ‘I stand with Premier Danielle Smith’ post by Concerned Citizen who wrote: “Who else in Canada supports the political positions she has taken in the epic battle with the Liberal Government?”“How can you stand with her when she is bent over,” wrote Copps on February 1.Unbelievable. Bent over is a commonly used, extremely derogatory term applied mostly to women engaging in a particular sexual act during which they are exploited and dominated.Copps poked the bear in a big way.
