He's at it again.
US President Donald Trump again belittled Prime Minister Justin Trudeau by calling him 'governor,' on Thursday.
And again, Trump pointed out the benefits of Canada becoming the 51st state including lower taxes and better military protection.
"Do they (Canada) need our protection, yes," Trump told reporters in a wide-ranging press conference.
