Alan Aubut

Alan Aubut is a retired geologist living in Nipigon, on the north shore of Lake Superior in Northwestern Ontario. In recent years, he has taken an interest in politics and has run as a candidate in the 2021 federal election. Now he keeps busy with several volunteer groups and is the editor and primary writer of the online newsletter at theamethysttrail.substack.com.
